Preparation needed TO Amsterdam from Taiwan

Policy adjustment (as from 23rd March 2022)

• Nationals of EU countries travelling to the Netherlands from countries outside the EU and the Schengen area no longer require a test, proof of recovery or proof of vaccination.

• Non-EU nationals remain subject to an EU entry banExemptions apply in several cases, however, such as for people travelling from ‘safe’ countries, travelers with a proof of vaccination and people travelling for certain purposes.

• The test requirement has been lifted.

• All travelers must still complete a health declaration.   • As entry policy is subject to change, we strongly recommend our travelers to visit the official website of the Netherlands government for detailed checklist for entering the Netherlands and the latest travel regulations

• Taiwanese passport holders are visa exempt for a short stay in the Netherlands

Preparation needed TO Taipei

Important notice: all passengers arriving or transiting in Taiwan are not required to present PCR test report

According to new regulations implemented by Taiwan authorities, as of August 15th 2022, all passengers who arrive or transit in Taiwan are no longer required to provide a Covid -19 RT-PCR test report issued within 2 days before scheduled departure to board the aircraft. Please refer to the website of Taiwan Center for Disease Control for details.

Prior to boarding, all passengers must complete the “Quarantine System for Entry Form” via personal mobile device at https://hdhq.mohw.gov.tw/
